You will handle vacancy announcements, job analyses, qualification reviews, recruitment actions, applicant assessment, and certification.

Qualifications

• US Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum six (6) years of federal staffing and recruitment experience.
• Experience with vacancy announcements, job analyses, applicant qualification reviews, assessment development, and selection certificates.

Responsibilities

• Draft and post vacancy announcements to USAJOBS and other boards.
• Perform comprehensive job analyses to define position requirements.
• Develop recruitment actions, KSAs, and assessment criteria.
• Review applicant qualifications against federal standards.
• Coordinate with HR staff and SMEs on analyses and experience requirements.
• Process selection certificates after approvals.
• Research federal policies to answer staffing questions.
• Utilize USA Staffing and USA Hire for recruitment tasks.
• Ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain relationships with HR staff and hiring officials.
