Job summary

The MIRACORP Inc. HR Recruiter is responsible for driving high-volume, full-cycle recruiting across multiple positions and locations.

The role partners with hiring managers to source qualified candidates and efficiently move applicants through the hiring and onboarding process. The ideal candidate is a proactive recruiter who can manage multiple requisitions, maintain strong candidate pipelines, meet demanding hiring timelines, and provide an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency and HRIS experience, Paycom preferred.
• Integrity and confidentiality when handling HR files and records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for multiple positions from requisition through onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
• Create and post jobs across boards, social media, and networks.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates using multiple methods.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, evaluate qualifications, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and gather feedback from the hiring team.
• Prepare offers and assist with salary/start-date coordination.
• Support pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring staffing needs.
• Ensure accuracy of recruitment records in the ATS.
