MIRACORP in Washington, DC is seeking a Staffing Specialist to deliver comprehensive federal staffing and recruitment support to Civilian HR staff. This role covers vacancy announcements, job analysis, qualification reviews, and assessment development.

The position requires US Citizenship, a 4-year degree, and at least six years of federal staffing experience. You will work with HR professionals, SMEs, and Government personnel to ensure compliant staffing actions.

• US Citizen required; Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of six years of federal staffing and recruitment experience.
• Experience with vacancy announcements, job analyses, and selection certificates.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and post vacancy announcements in USAJOBS and other boards.
• Conduct comprehensive job analyses to define position requirements.
• Develop KSAs, assessment criteria, weighting, and screen-outs.
• Review qualifications against federal standards and identify best-qualified applicants.
• Coordinate with HR staff and SMEs on job analyses and experience requirements.
• Process selection certificates and notify stakeholders accordingly.
• Research federal policies to answer staffing questions from employees.
• Utilize USA Staffing and USA Hire to support recruitment and assessment.
• Ensure documentation compliance with federal staffing rules and processes.
