Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced FTO Program Manager to lead multiple complex Federal Transformation Office initiatives. You will coordinate delivery across governance, security, and technology teams, ensuring disciplined execution and clear stakeholder communication.

You will translate program priorities into actionable plans, manage dependencies, and report progress to senior leadership, while upholding compliance requirements and delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or program leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating federal governance and security/compliance
• Strong planning, risk mgmt, problem-solving and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication, executive reporting
• US citizenship with ability to obtain Federal clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement.
• Translate priorities into statements of scope, deliverables, and schedules; manage dependencies.
• Apply the FTO request management process and maintain visibility through resolution.
• Drive execution with cross-functional sessions, milestone reviews, and action tracking.
• Maintain project records in Jira and FTO tools; provide progress view and health.
• Prepare executive updates and materials for governance forums and VA readouts; communicate risks and decisions.
