Job summary

Oracle is seeking a seasoned program leadership professional to guide Federal Transformation Office initiatives in the United States. You will lead multiple complex projects across delivery, operations, and reporting, aligning priorities with stakeholders to drive value.

You will coordinate governance, manage risks, and deliver concise executive updates, while working with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. A US citizenship and clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management or program leadership experience.
• Experience with Federal program governance and coordinating contract, security, access, or compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and meeting facilitation.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement.
• Translate priorities into clear problem statements, scope, deliverables, and schedules.
• Manage dependencies and changes across concurrent initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project records in Jira and FTO tools and provide a reliable view of progress.
• Prepare executive updates for governance forums and VA readouts.
