Job summary

You will maintain Jira-based records, prepare concise executive updates, and ensure risk visibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading complex Federal project initiatives.
• Experience working within Federal program governance and coordinating contract, security, access, or compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement with consistent project discipline.
• Translate priorities into clear problem statements, scope, deliverables, success measures, schedules, resources, and accountable owners.
• Apply the FTO request management process from intake to resolution with governance partners to maintain visibility.
• Drive execution of project plans through cross-functional sessions, milestone reviews, and action tracking, resolving blockers with owners.
• Maintain accurate project records in Jira and FTO tools, providing reliable progress and delivery health updates.
• Prepare executive updates and materials for governance forums and VA readouts, communicating results and risks to stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and contribute reusable methods to strengthen FTO delivery.
