Job summary

The role requires strong program leadership, risk management, and excellent communication to navigate federal requirements and drive delivery health.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or program leadership for Federal programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and senior stakeholder visibility.
• Experience with Federal program governance, contract, security, access, or compliance requirements.
• Strong planning, risk management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement.
• Translate priorities into clear statements, scope, deliverables, schedules, and accountable owners.
• Apply the FTO process: intake, triage, assign ownership, action, and reporting to governance partners.
• Drive execution of project plans through cross-functional sessions, milestone reviews, and issue resolution.
• Maintain project records in Jira and FTO tools with milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and owners.
• Prepare executive updates and materials for governance forums and VA readouts, communicating results and risks.
