Job summary

Oracle in the United States seeks an experienced Project/Program Leader to drive Federal Transformational Office initiatives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across delivery, operations, technology, reporting and transformation enablement, ensuring consistent project discipline.

You will translate program priorities into clear scopes, schedules and accountabilities, manage dependencies, and deliver concise executive updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or program leadership, including leading Federal initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing priorities and senior stakeholder visibility.
• Experience with Federal program governance, contract, security, access, or compliance requirements.
• Strong planning, risk management, problem-solving, and process improvement skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive reporting and facilitation.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Federal security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting and transformation enablement with project discipline.
• Translate priorities into clear problem statements, scope, deliverables, success measures, schedules, resources and owners.
• Apply the FTO process: intake, triage, assign ownership, action, and reporting; coordinate with governance partners.
• Drive execution of project plans through cross-functional sessions, milestone reviews and action tracking.
• Maintain accurate Jira records including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies and decisions.
• Prepare executive updates for FTO governance forums and VA readouts; communicate risks and decisions.
