Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Federal Transformation Office (FTO) Project Manager to lead multiple complex Federal delivery initiatives. You will translate priorities into clear scope, milestones, and owner accountability while maintaining project discipline across delivery, operations, and reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in project management, governance experience with Federal programs, strong communication, and US citizenship with ability to obtain a Federal security clearance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in project management or program leadership, including leading complex initiatives supporting Federal programs.
• Demonstrated success independently managing multiple projects with competing priorities, cross-functional dependencies, and senior stakeholder visibility.
• Experience working within Federal program governance and coordinating contract, security, access, or compliance requirements with the appropriate functional experts.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain a Federal security clearance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting, meeting facilitation, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement, adapting approach while maintaining project discipline.
• Translate priorities into clear problem statements, scope, deliverables, success measures, schedules, resource needs, and owners; manage dependencies and changes.
• Apply the FTO request management process: intake, triage, assign ownership, action, and reporting; prioritize requests and maintain visibility through resolution.
• Drive execution of project plans through cross-functional sessions, milestone reviews, and action tracking; identify blockers and elevate decisions with options.
• Maintain accurate project records in Jira and FTO tools, including milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and owners; provide reliable progress view.
• Prepare executive updates and materials for governance forums and readouts; communicate results, risks, and decisions needed.
