Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager to lead multi‑faceted FTO initiatives across delivery, operations, and technology. You will translate priorities into clear scoping, deliverables, and schedules while guiding cross‑functional teams to successful outcomes.

You will manage governance, risk, and compliance, prepare executive updates, and drive improvements with data‑driven decisions. A strong track record in federal programs and stakeholder engagement is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management or program leadership for Federal programs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and senior visibility.
• Experience with Federal governance, contracts, security, and compliance processes.
• Strong planning, risk management, and process improvement skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive reporting and facilitation.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, and reporting.
• Translate priorities into clear statements, scope, deliverables, schedules, and owners.
• Apply the FTO process: intake, triage, ownership, actions, and reporting back.
• Drive project plans with milestones, reviews, and action tracking; resolve blockers.
• Maintain Jira records with milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions.
• Prepare executive updates for governance forums and VA readouts.
• Lead process improvements addressing recurring challenges and sustainable solutions.
• Coordinate staffing, forecasting, dashboards, and AI-enabled efficiencies.
• Ensure compliance requirements are integrated into project plans.
