Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex FTO projects across delivery, operations, technology, reporting, and transformation enablement.
Translate priorities into clear problem statements, scope, and deliverables with milestones and owners.
Apply the FTO request management process from intake to closure with governance partners.
Drive execution via cross-functional reviews, milestone tracking, and risk mitigation.
Maintain Jira records with milestones, risks, decisions, and action owners.
