Job summary

CTR Management Group LLC in Washington, DC, is seeking a Project Manager to provide overall management of HR Staffing Support Services for the US Coast Guard. You will be the primary POC for the Contracting Officer and COR, and oversee staff supporting classification, staffing, HR actions, and retirement services.

The role is full-time, hybrid, and requires a BS with PM leadership experience (or an associate’s with more years).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PM leadership experience.
• 10+ years in Federal HR or Federal program management (preferred).
• Experience managing Federal HR contracts involving classification, staffing, retirement, or related HR ops.
• Familiarity with Federal HR systems such as USA Staffing, USA Hire, EmpowHR, NFC, FedHR, or eOPF.
• Experience with Firm-Fixed-Price Federal contracts and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for the KO and COR.
• Manage and oversee contractor personnel and task order activities.
• Coordinate staffing, schedules, workloads, and deliverables to meet PWS.
• Monitor performance against quality standards and metrics.
• Ensure timely technical solutions and schedules are implemented.
• Maintain financial reporting, labor utilization tracking, and program metrics.
• Prepare and submit Monthly Progress Reports.
• Identify and resolve performance, staffing, and operational issues.
• Maintain communication with Government and CTRMG leadership.
• Coordinate with Alternate Project Manager to maintain continuity.
