Job summary

TLN Worldwide Enterprises Inc. in Washington, DC, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead contractor support for the US Coast Guard CG-C5I Operational Technology programs.

You will act as the primary interface between the contractor team, the Contracting Officer, and the Contracting Officer’s Representative, guiding execution and governance. The role requires federal procurement experience, excellent communication, and the ability to manage deliverables, schedules, risks, and staffing

Qualifications

• PMP certification and federal project management experience.
• Experience managing contracts with Government agencies (DHS/DoD/Coast Guard/C5I).
• Experience interfacing with government leadership, COs, CORs, and program stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, deliverables, risks, and status reporting.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work ET business hours and coordinate remote teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the contractor’s Project Manager and primary interface with the CO and COR.
• Manage all contractor work performed under the task order.
• Oversee project execution, team coordination, task tracking, and deliverable completion.
• Provide liaison between Coast Guard stakeholders and contractor personnel.
• Facilitate project management meetings, minutes, and action tracking.
• Monitor risks, issues, staffing, and schedule milestones; provide recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with DHS and Coast Guard policies and information protection.
