Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an Operations Manager for the DDLC Support to lead day-to-day delivery operations, coordinate multi-site activities, and ensure services meet contract, cost, and quality standards. The role requires managing a dispersed workforce, subcontractors, and continuous improvement efforts.

The candidate will partner with IT, logistics, security, and other stakeholders to optimize processes, maintain SLAs, and deliver robust operational reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Operations Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years planning, directing, coordinating, and managing IT/ops projects/programs across multi-site delivery.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for Federal contracts or large enterprise programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for DDLC task areas, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple locations.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate project activities, staffing, task assignments, and resource allocation to meet SLAs.
• Oversee budget, forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis for leadership and client.
• Coordinate with IT, logistics, security, facilities to ensure infrastructure and services are available.
• Manage subcontractor performance, onboarding, scope, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Implement standardized processes and metrics aligned with CMMI Level 3, Agile best practices.
• Monitor risks and issues; conduct root-cause analysis and corrective actions; maintain logs.
• Develop and present operational reports and dashboards on volume, throughput, SLA attainment, and workforce utilization.
• Provide people leadership to dispersed team, with performance management and coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies and governance, including audits and reviews.
