Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Project Engineer to support federal construction projects at Dyess AFB, TX.

You will review schedules, manage documentation, and provide technical guidance to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget compliance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 7–10 years of experience in construction management, with familiarity of USACE/DoD programs, MILCON/SRM, and RMS workflows.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of seven (7) years of engineering, architecture, construction management, or project management experience; OR ten (10) years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience supporting USACE, DoD, Air Force or other federal construction programs preferred.
• MILCON/SRM project experience preferred.
• Experience with construction contract administration, quality assurance, project controls, scheduling, and change management.
• Experience with RMS required or preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, UFC, EM 385-1-1, and other federal construction regulations and standards.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience preparing technical reports, briefings, and presentations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations.

Responsabilidades

• Review Quality Assurance work for technical accuracy and provide guidance on plans, specs, and codes.
• Review contractor schedules for conformance with sound construction methods and contract requirements.
• Document principal construction features, plans, specs, submittals, and shop drawings for compliance.
• Maintain awareness of contractor activities to prevent delays.
• Assist in negotiation and change order documentation.
• Provide contract administration and construction management expertise to the Government.
• Advise on Federal Regulations related to construction acquisitions.
• Review changes to designs, specs, and schedules to suit site conditions.
• Collaborate with contractor counterparts to ensure successful project execution.
