Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Project Engineer to support federal construction projects at Dyess AFB, Texas.

You will provide engineering, construction management, and contract administration, interfacing with government personnel, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery in compliance with contracts and regulations. The role requires strong documentation, scheduling, and technical guidance across project execution, with focus on

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• 7+ years in engineering, construction management, or project management preferred.
• Experience with USACE/DoD or federal programs preferred.
• MILCON/SRM experience preferred.
• FAR/DFARS and regulatory knowledge required.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specs.

Mansioni

• Review QA work for technical accuracy and code interpretation.
• Monitor contractor schedules for compliance and build quality.
• Document submittals, shop drawings, and changes for contract adherence.
• Maintain awareness of field activities to avoid delays.
