Job summary

Take2 Consulting, LLC is seeking a Strategic Recruiter to source, identify, and acquire IT talent for federal government projects. You will work with hiring managers, interpret federal requirements, and develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, including navigating security clearances and government processes.

You will build strong relationships with federal clients, manage the candidate lifecycle, and drive staffing initiatives in collaboration with Program

Qualifications

• Full life cycle federal IT recruiting experience.
• Proven client-facing experience and owning the relationship with the client.
• Knowledge of government security clearances and federal procurement.
• Experience contributing to Government proposals and meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake calls to understand role requirements and develop recruiting plans.
• Disseminate requirements and attract top IT talent.
• Collaborate on proposals with Joint Venture and Business Development teams.
• Build relationships with federal agency clients as primary recruitment contact.
• Navigate federal procurement life cycle to align staffing with client needs.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding, including security clearances.
• Submit candidates timely and maintain stakeholder communication.
• Meet deadlines and targets with minimal supervision.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to improve efficiency.
• Align staffing with program objectives with Program Managers.
• Source candidates via social media, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Identify talent for roles requiring high security clearances.
• Negotiate offers and compensation with candidates.
• Conduct post-onboarding follow-ups to ensure satisfaction.
