Job summary

Electrosoft Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Washington, DC leads full life cycle recruitment for cleared and uncleared IT positions. You will partner with program management and HR to build candidate pipelines, screen and interview top talent, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding.

You will leverage diverse sourcing strategies to fill roles in cybersecurity, identity management, and enterprise IT modernization while ensuring compliance with government contracting requirements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of proven experience in full life cycle, government contract recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for DoD or Federal Civilian agencies.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence hiring decisions.

Responsibilities

• Full life cycle recruitment for IT positions, including cybersecurity and identity management roles.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels and networks to attract top talent.
• Ensure HR regulatory compliance and smooth recruitment process.
