ATS+Partners is expanding its government technology staffing portfolio and seeks a Sr. Staffing Consultant to lead IT contract and consulting placements across federal, state, local, and education sectors.

The role requires deep knowledge of government contracting, compliance, and fast-paced delivery across cybersecurity, cloud, and software engineering teams, with a focus on building qualified pipelines and client partnerships.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting IT professionals in staffing/consulting/government contracting.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, certifications, and hiring trends.
• Experience with contract and consulting staffing and high-volume sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle IT recruiting for contract, contract-to-hire, and consulting roles across federal, state, local, and education clients.
• Source, screen, interview, and qualify technical professionals across cybersecurity, cloud, infra, and software domains.
• Coordinate submissions, interviews, onboarding, and compliance documentation in ATS/CRM systems.
• Build and maintain pipelines of government-focused IT talent and align staffing with client priorities.
