Job summary

ASRC Federal is seeking a Federal Civilian Business Development Director to advance strategic growth within Civilian and Health Operating Group. You will partner with leadership to shape win strategies, build customer relationships, and drive a robust pipeline.

Located at ASRC Federal HQ in Reston, VA with some travel to client sites, industry events, and conferences. The role demands executive collaboration, capture, proposal, and delivery team coordination, and persuasive bid narratives to win

Qualifications

5+ years of relevant business development experience.
Demonstrated success leading and winning contracts > $50M or of comparable size.
US Citizenship and ability to gain access to customer sites.
Versatile and persuasive written and presentation communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain productive customer networks.

Responsibilities

Identify and qualify new business opportunities across Civilian and Health markets.
Lead call plans, marketing strategies, and win themes with capture, proposal, and delivery teams.
Author persuasive narratives for SSN, RFI, and RFQ/RFP responses.
Prepare customer briefings and lead white paper development.
Support pricing strategies and bid decisions; participate in phase reviews.
Build and maintain customer relationships with government leadership and program stakeholders.
Collaborate with ASRC Federal enterprise to ensure policy adherence and alignment.
