Job summary

ASRC Federal seeks a DHS Business Development Director to drive growth in the Civilian and Health Operating Group. The role is hybrid at the Reston, VA HQ with occasional travel and a focus on building a robust DHS pipeline and winning contracts.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years of BD experience, demonstrated success in DHS opportunities, and the ability to shape strategies with capture, proposal, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 10+ years of relevant business development experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant business development experience.
• Proven success leading and winning DHS contracts > $50M.
• Ability to establish critical customer relationships with government leadership.
• Persuasive written and presentation communication skills.
• US Citizenship and ability to gain access to customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow the DHS new business pipeline with opportunity identification and shaping.
• Lead winning strategies and bid decisions for multiple FY opportunities.
• Collaborate with capture, proposal, and delivery teams to win deals.
• Develop marketing intelligence and competitive data to shape proposals.
• Conduct customer visits to understand needs and requirements.
• Establish teaming arrangements with industry partners.
• Maintain relationships with government leaders and program stakeholders.
• Support multi-year business development strategies across ASRC Federal.
