Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. in Tysons, VA is seeking a Capture Manager to lead end-to-end capture efforts across DoD, Federal Civilian, and US Intelligence Community customers.

You will shape strategies and steer multi-disciplinary teams to win high-impact opportunities ranging from $5M to $250M+ across IT, C5ISR, and mission-critical intelligence solutions. The role requires 12+ years of federal experience and 7+ years of capture leadership, with deep knowledge of procurement and security.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of US Federal Government experience leading complex programs and mission teams.
• 7+ years leading successful capture efforts for DoD, Federal Civilian, or US Intelligence Community pursuits.
• Deep understanding of federal missions, procurement processes, and security requirements.
• Ability to translate mission needs into operational and technical capture approaches.
• Experience managing budgets, resources, and priorities in high-tempo environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior government and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to operate independently with sound judgment in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with non-traditional acquisition strategies (OTA, CSO).
• Familiarity with contract vehicles, customers, and competition for Federal Agencies.
• Knowledge of systems/software development, IT service management, cybersecurity, operations and maintenance, logistics, training, business process services, and sustainment is helpful.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capture execution from qualification through proposal submission.
• Shape capture strategies aligned to customers, connecting technical approaches to mission objectives.
• Develop and execute capture plans including pricing and customer engagement.
• Partner with leadership, capture teams, and SMEs to craft credible, executable solutions.
• Prepare and lead internal gate and risk reviews.
• Manage B&P budgets, forecasts, and resource alignment for capture execution.
• Serve as focal point for cross-functional capture teams coordinating operations, pricing, contracts, and security.
• Willingness to travel to support proposal efforts, primarily in the Tysons, VA area.
