Job summary

ITCON Services is seeking a results-driven Capture Manager to lead and manage business development for Federal Civilian and DoW opportunities, developing winning capture strategies and coordinating with proposal and operations teams to move opportunities from identification to contract award.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in federal capture, DHS and DoW experience, US citizenship, and strong leadership and communication skills to guide cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

7+ years of Federal capture management experience, especially with Federal Civilian and DoW agencies.
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS or related field preferred.
Proven track record in capturing and winning Federal contracts, especially DHS and DoW.
Deep knowledge of Federal procurement lifecycle, FAR regulations, and agency processes.
Strong communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement capture strategies tailored to Federal Civilian and DoW opportunities.
Maintain and update the capture pipeline aligned with growth objectives.
Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Collaborate with proposal teams to develop compliant, high-quality responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute the capture plan and mentor junior staff.
