Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of federal business development experience.
• Understanding of federal procurement processes and FAR-based acquisitions.
• Experience supporting opportunities throughout the business development and capture lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Existing relationships within targeted federal agencies and industry partners.
• Experience supporting the sale of cybersecurity, cloud solutions, IT service management, and digital transformation services.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new federal business opportunities across civilian and defense agencies.
• Maintain pipeline aligned with AAC's growth objectives.
• Develop account plans for targeted agencies and customers.
• Support capture and proposal activities to enable contract wins.
• Coordinate with executive leadership, proposal teams, and operations.
