Job summary

iTech AG seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager I to promote IT services in the DC Metro area, expand the client base, and manage capture activities for bids. You will collaborate with technical, financial, and legal teams to build compelling proposals and drive growth.

Minimum 2 years of BD/sales experience, familiarity with federal procurement, and strong communication with C-suite stakeholders are essential. U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain clearance are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales/business development experience, with a track record of building client relationships.
• Familiarity with government or federal procurement processes is highly preferred.
• Strong learning ability to absorb technical and financial topics and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to promote iTech AG's IT services.
• Identify and pursue new clients; expand the company portfolio.
• Monitor federal opportunities (GSA, OASIS, HCATS, eFAST, STARS III, etc.) and support capture activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions and competitive proposals.
• Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline aligned with corporate goals.
