Job summary

OSC EdgeTech, LLC is seeking an Intermediate Business Development Professional to drive growth within the federal, DoD and commercial sectors. The role targets agencies such as Army, DISA, Navy, Air Force, DOJ, DOE, Space Command, and DHS, identifying and qualifying opportunities and guiding them through capture and proposal phases.

You will collaborate with divisions, maintain key relationships, monitor government portals, and help evolve BD processes while delivering customer-focused solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and capture within Federal/DoD markets.
• Knowledge of DoD procurement processes and contracting vehicles.
• Ability to build relationships with federal acquisition offices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a BD strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Identify, qualify, pursue, and capture opportunities.
• Manage the full BD lifecycle from identification to contract transition.
• Establish relationships with DoD and government decision-makers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer success.
• Provide weekly progress updates and reports.
• Help evolve CRM, capture and proposal workflows.
• Forecast and capture new opportunities while maintaining client relationships.
• Identify strategic market inflection points for growth.
• Monitor government portals and notices daily for opportunities.
