Paragon Micro, Inc. seeks a Federal Account Executive to identify and grow accounts within the Federal Judiciary and US Courts, including AOUSC, FJC, USSC, JPML.

You will collaborate with engineers and sales to craft IT solutions spanning storage, networking, security, and cloud, while guiding customers through federal contracting processes. This is a high-impact role demanding strong relationship-building and a proven Revenue track record.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience focused on Federal Judiciary accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Government contracting and Civilian agencies.
• Existing client relationships to engage for opportunities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive at all levels.
• U.S. citizen.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement account plans for Federal Judiciary customers.
• Build relationships with decision-makers across US Courts.
• Collaborate with Paragon Micro's engineers, solution architects, and sales teams to deliver IT solutions (Storage, Network, Security, Cloud).
• Negotiate complex deals ensuring customer success and profitability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative products and services.
