Qualifications

• 6+ years of field-based technology sales experience in the Federal Government or VAR environments.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue and margin goals while hunting for new business.
• Experience leveraging contract vehicles with OEMs (e.g., Dell, Cisco, Microsoft, HP).
• Strong understanding of FAR/DFAR procurement cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account strategies for DoW agencies.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across Defense Agencies.
• Collaborate with Paragon Micro’s Engineers, Solution Architects, and Global Account Managers to deliver mission-ready IT solutions.
• Lead the sales cycle from prospect to close on multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Leverage contract vehicles and OEM partnerships to respond to RFPs/RFIs and sole-source opportunities.
• Stay ahead of tech and policy trends impacting federal IT acquisition.
