Job summary

Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to lead USDA opportunities across the federal civilian space. You will develop multi-year strategic plans, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions.

Based in or willing to travel to the DC Metro area, Kansas City, or Fort Collins, you will build relationships with senior USDA leaders and navigate complex procurements to expand hybrid-cloud and security offerings.

Qualifications

5+ years of federal sales experience.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
Residency in or ability to travel frequently to the DC Metro area, Kansas City, or Fort Collins.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a multi-year strategic account plan that aligns with USDA mission outcomes.
Drive revenue growth across Cisco’s portfolio: Enterprise Networking, Security, Collaboration, Observability, and Hybrid Cloud.
Coordinate with Pre-sales Engineering, CX, and channel partners to deliver holistic, mission-ready solutions.
Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and C-suite leaders across USDA bureaus.
Manage complex procurement cycles and defend Cisco’s position in competitive environments.
