Job summary

Thomas Jefferson University is seeking a Faculty Affairs Data & Operations Specialist to drive strategic project implementation and manage faculty data and reporting processes. The role supports faculty performance review initiatives and advances operational effectiveness through data integrity and governance.

The position plans, leads, and oversees technology-adjacent projects and operational initiatives for the Office of Faculty Affairs, ensuring timely deliverables and compliant processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 3 years progressively responsible experience in higher education administration or related field.
• Experience coordinating projects, managing timelines, and implementing process improvements.
• Knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis techniques.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and collaborating with multiple constituencies.

Responsibilities

• Verify and maintain accurate faculty data in Workday and ensure records are up to date.
• Manage the Faculty Annual Performance Review process, including planning and reporting.
• Develop and analyze databases, reports, dashboards, and data resources for decision‑making.
• Evaluate, document and improve Faculty Affairs processes and workflows.
• Plan, execute and monitor Faculty Affairs projects with status updates and risk assessments.
