Job summary

Chipotle is seeking a skilled professional to manage and optimize outside services programs, including waste streams and Fire & Life Safety compliance across restaurants. You will partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure SLAs are met, analyze invoices and budgets, and drive cost-saving initiatives.

Ideal candidates have a strong financial background, experience with vendor programs across multiple locations, and a track record of process improvement using Lean or Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities, operations, vendor management or related field.
• Strong financial acumen with budgets, forecasts, invoices and contracts.
• Exposure to Fire & Life Safety and waste management pricing models.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize outside services programs across multiple restaurants.
• Partner with vendors to meet SLAs and track performance.
• Analyze spend, invoices, and cost drivers to inform budgets.
• Evaluate rate structures and validate charges to identify savings.
• Monitor spend vs budget and resolve issues with finance and procurement.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive improvements and cost savings.
