Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks a Director of Facilities M3 to lead multi-site operations across a complex portfolio, driving operational excellence and strategic planning. The role requires executive leadership, deep facilities expertise, and strong business acumen to deliver safe, compliant, and high-value client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 15+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, operations, or engineering with 7–10 years in senior leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale facility operations with annual budgets of $10M+ and teams of 50+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level strategic leadership for all facility operations.
• Develop and execute comprehensive facility strategies including operations, maintenance, and capital planning.
• Oversee engineering, maintenance, safety, security, space planning, moves management, and support services.
