Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Facilities Manager in Boston, MA. You will be the single point of contact for facilities management, supporting the Area Manager and Corporate Real Estate.

This role coordinates tenant requirements, manages budgets, and ensures service delivery meets client expectations. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, reporting, project coordination, and vendor performance across multiple properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• Minimum of 8 years industry experience in corporate, third-party service provider or consulting roles.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and supervisory skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting and building systems helpful.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS SharePoint.
• CMMS proficiency.
• Experience supervising multiple facilities and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Support the Area Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client.
• Develop programs and procedures to reduce costs and increase productivity with the FM Lead and client.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly/annual reporting for the client.
• Oversee development and management of capital and expense budgets with the client representative.
• Develop and implement the annual management plan for buildings in the area.
• Supervise vendor performance and facilities operations across multiple sites.
