Job summary

You will manage contracts, budgets, and vendor relations, supervise maintenance programs, coordinate with tenants, ensure safety/compliance, and drive cost efficiency with a five-year capital plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Corporate Real Estate, Project Management, or Business Administration required
• 5-7 years of commercial high-rise, campus environment, and/or property portfolio management experience required
