Hotel Equities in Washington state seeks a dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support business goals. You will oversee the F&B team, set service standards, and collaborate with hotel leadership to deliver exceptional experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, financial oversight, and adherence to brand standards, with responsibilities spanning recruitment, training, and performance management for a growing hospitality portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Experience in hotel or hospitality management at supervisory level.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound operational decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for assigned hotel operations and associates.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Coach, train, develop, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with Hotel Equities standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and support a consistent service-recovery culture.
• Manage schedules, staffing, supplies, and departmental resources as appropriate.
• Review reports, trends, and key performance information to support sound decisions.
• Communicate effectively with hotel leadership and other departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
