Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership role in resort/hotel/destination properties

Responsibilities

• Oversee F&B operations across two+ properties to ensure consistency and high standards
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage F&B management teams including restaurant and banquet managers and culinary staff
• Monitor budgeting, forecasting and cost control to meet revenue and profit targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions and events
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for quality and cost-effectiveness
• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to improve service quality and offerings

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate food and beverage operations across two or more hotel properties to ensure consistency and high standards
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and manage F&B management teams, including restaurant managers, banquet managers, and culinary staff
• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet revenue and profit targets
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions, and special events that enhance guest experience and revenue
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously improve service quality and offerings
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional development, and high employee morale

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership experience, preferably within a resort, hotel, or destination property
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, menu development, including restaurant, and catering services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost management
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational initiatives
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
