Dreamscape Hospitality is seeking an Area Food and Beverage Director to lead the F&B operations across multiple hotel properties in our portfolio. This strategic role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

You will guide restaurant and banquet teams, oversee budgeting and cost controls, ensure health and safety compliance, and collaborate with culinary teams to create compelling menus and events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an F&B Director or similar leadership experience in hotel/resort.
• Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu development, restaurant and catering.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and operational initiatives.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred.

• Oversee and coordinate food and beverage operations across two or more hotel properties to ensure consistency and high standards


• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimize efficiency and guest satisfaction


• Lead, motivate, and manage F&B management teams, including restaurant managers, banquet managers, and culinary staff


• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet revenue and profit targets


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations


• Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus, promotions, and special events that enhance guest experience and revenue


• Maintain strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness


• Analyze guest feedback and market trends to continuously improve service quality and offerings
