Job summary

Fairmont Olympic Hotel in Seattle, WA seeks an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and profitability. You will lead the Food & Beverage team, coordinate with the F&B Manager, and drive performance across all outlets while maintaining brand standards.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years in a similar F&B leadership position, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality Management or related; F&B certification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar F&B leadership role.
• Strong English reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Experience with MS Office tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets and shifts.
• Lead and develop a high-performing F&B team; manage staffing and coaching.
• Ensure exceptional guest service, profitability, and budget adherence.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, and quality standards per brand requirements.
• Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic goals.
