Dow Inc. seeks an External Manufacturing Sourcing Manager to define sourcing opportunities, develop strategies, and optimize supplier value across multiple locations including Midland, Houston, Terneuzen and Tarragona. You will analyze markets, negotiate terms, and lead projects with internal partners to deliver sustained value for Dow.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 5+ years of relevant experience, and the ability to work legally in the U.S. Relocation not offered.

Responsabilidades

• Clarify purchase scope and service requirements with stakeholders.
• Drive value through market knowledge and competitive sourcing.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with safety and compliance.
• Lead supplier qualification, RFIs, RFQs, bidding, evaluations, and negotiations.
• Execute commercial agreements and monitor supplier performance via SRM KPIs.
