You will lead front-end sourcing, market research, and candidate generation for highly specialized roles, ramp quickly on unfamiliar searches, and engage top passive talent to build credible pipelines. The role emphasizes speed, quality, and strategic outreach, with progression to the full-cycle partner once qualified candidates are identified.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of professional recruiting experience, with emphasis on sourcing and candidate generation.
• Proven ability to recruit executive, senior-level, specialty, or other highly sophisticated roles.
• Ability to ramp quickly on unfamiliar searches and learn new domains.

Responsibilities

• Own candidate generation and sourcing strategy for highly specialized searches.
• Ramp quickly on new roles, functions and talent markets.
• Develop outreach strategies and engage passive professionals to generate interest.
• Transition qualified candidates to the full-cycle recruiting partner.
• Maintain accurate candidate and sourcing activity in Greenhouse ATS.
