PrideGlobal is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced environment in Seattle. You will manage sourcing through offer, partnering with hiring managers and candidates to deliver a positive hiring experience.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, reference checks, onboarding, maintaining ATS records, and driving process improvements with cross-functional teams. 3+ years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience or related talent acquisition experience.
• Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of professional roles.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.
• Conduct reference checks and support offer preparation.
• Assist with onboarding and new hire orientation activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and applicant tracking system updates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide market insights.
• Support process improvements and recruiting initiatives as needed.
