Qualificações

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Be a Trusted Talent Strategist: Partner with C-level clients to uncover the leadership DNA they need to evolve.
• Advise on hiring strategies that fuel transformation, not just transactions.
