Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Executive Recruiter to join our team as a full-desk recruiter. You will generate new business, recruit top executives, and manage client relationships across diverse industries. This role involves in-person client visits and promoting our staffing services.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in staffing, a proven sales record, and strong communication and negotiation skills. CRM and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years' experience in the staffing industry.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing, recruitment, or HR services.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
