LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Executive Recruiter to generate new business, recruit for open roles, and build strong client relationships. The role involves visiting clients and promoting staffing solutions across industries.

Key responsibilities include partnering with leadership, identifying top executives, and driving successful placements. The position offers a base salary with uncapped commission and growth opportunities within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years' experience in staffing.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or HR services.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Be a Trusted Talent Strategist for clients and candidates.
• Partner with C-level clients to advise on hiring strategies that transform organizations.
• Identify and engage high-impact executives for leadership roles.
