Qualifications

• Degree or 3+ years' experience in the staffing industry.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted talent strategist for clients.
• Partner with C-level clients to shape hiring strategies that fuel transformation, not just transactions.
• Making connections & sparking interest: connect with potential clients through outreach, conversations, research and events to understand needs and share solutions.
• Identify and engage high-impact executives and align top-tier talent with client needs.
• Lead with empathy and connect with purpose in every touchpoint.
• Be a brand ambassador for LHH and embody our values in client and candidate interactions.
