Job summary

LHH in Indianapolis is seeking a full-desk Executive Recruiter to drive direct-hire accounting and finance searches. You will generate new business, recruit for open roles, build client relationships, visit clients in person, and promote staffing solutions across industries.

You will partner with leadership, advise on hiring strategies, and identify top executives while representing LHH with integrity and transformation-focused service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the staffing industry or a degree.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in staffing or recruiting.
• 3+ years of recruitment experience in a hunter-focused role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of staffing services and workforce solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Partner with C-level clients to uncover leadership DNA.
