Job summary

Adecco Group’s LHH Recruitment Solutions division is looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead full lifecycle direct-hire recruiting for mid- to senior-level roles. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, develop strategic recruiting plans, and build a robust candidate pipeline to meet business goals.

You will screen resumes, conduct behavioral interviews, negotiate terms, and drive candidate engagement while staying current on market trends and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years recruiting top-tier, mid- to senior-level candidates.
• Bachelor’s degree or five years professional work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Knowledge of and ability to interpret employment laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with CRM/ATS tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops client accounts and generates new business through candidate and client leads, referrals and marketing.
• Partners with clients to analyze hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods, and deploys client-specific recruiting strategies.
• Stays abreast of industry trends and recruiting best practices.
• Screens resumes and conducts behavioral-based interviews.
• Negotiates fee agreements and completes correspondence for placements.
• Manages candidate pipelines and builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Maintains data in tracking/order systems and supports onboarding processes.
