SG Energy Solutions seeks an Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic extension of the Office of the CEO, Derron Sanders. This role manages complex priorities, communications, and projects while aligning with the company’s strategic initiatives.

The position focuses on executive calendar management, travel, and real estate support, with opportunities to influence across multiple teams and real estate activities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years supporting a CEO, President, Founder, Owner, C-Suite executive, or senior leadership team.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Experience creating executive presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
• Must be able to work on-site in Southfield, Michigan.

Aufgaben

• Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and scheduling priorities.
• Triage and organize executive communications and correspondence.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings.
• Draft and edit emails, presentations, reports, and executive correspondence.
• Track action items and ensure timely completion across departments.
• Follow up with leadership team members on commitments and deadlines.
• Assist with special projects, research, process improvement, and strategic initiatives.
