Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a Corporate Development Associate to manage end-to-end acquisition and strategic investment activities in data centers and real infrastructure. You will work across finance, legal, and site-selection teams to identify opportunities and build compelling business cases for executives.

The role requires 4 days on-site in San Francisco or New York City, with a designated Tuesday work-from-home day.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of M&A experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development, with focus on data centers, digital infrastructure and real estate.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills, including real estate development and merger models.

Responsibilities

• Support identification, evaluation, and execution of MA, strategic investments, and partnerships to expand the portfolio of land-power-shell assets.
• Collaborate with data center infra, site selection, strategic finance, and legal teams on deal execution.
