Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience supporting C-level or senior executives in pharma or biotech is valued.

Responsibilities

• Calendar management: Own and prioritize the CSO’s calendar, travel, and appointments, resolving conflicts and keeping deadlines.
• Communication triage: Draft and edit correspondence and presentations; summarize and triage to a decision-ready view.
• Strategic project support: Lead or co-lead cross-functional projects from scoping to execution; proxy for CSO in internal meetings.
• Team leadership: Manage one direct report and establish shared standards across the Research administrative team.
• Travel logistics: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries.
• Meeting support: Plan meetings, prepare agendas, gather materials, and take minutes with follow-up.
